All of our chimney cleaning services include a general inspection of your hearth and chimney.

We look at the chimney top and surrounding roof. We check out the fireplace or appliance and the related areas. We document with digital camera and provide a report.

Internal video can best assess damaged or questionable chimneys. Our special camera travels up and down the chimney and provides detailed images of the chimney lining and the joints. We provide a DVD copy of the scan along with our assessment and recommendations.

2. Troubleshooting/consulting

This involves defining goals for the fireplace, hearth and chimney and then planning the fireplace project. We can troubleshoot common draft issues, performance problems and water leaks and provide estimates and solutions for fixing these problems with your hearth.
 

3. Maintenance and Cleaning:

We service most any wood burning fireplace, or hearth appliance (wood, gas, and pellet) and their venting system. Furnace vents as well. Regular cleaning of your fireplace and chimney is the best way to ensure both your safety and enjoyment of the hearth.

Fireplace, or woodstove and equipment related repairs.
 
UL listed relining techniques for old, or damaged, or improperly constructed fireplaces, for woodstoves, furnaces and gas appliances.
 
We use the Fireguard Restoration System that fills mortar voids between clay tile liners. This allows us to provide a superior repair without totally relining the chimney.

5. Chimney Caps and Covers

This often overlooked element of your chimney system is important for keeping out rain, tree debris, and all the animals lurking around your chimney.
 
We have numerous standard caps available in stainless steel or copper that will fit most any chimney.
 
Custom Caps allow for many more style options that can give you exactly what you want to finish off the top of your chimney. These can be stainless steel, copper, or stainless painted black. All chimney caps come with a lifetime warranty.
 
Chase Covers are for prefab fireplaces. Often this metal top is concave and therefore collects water. They rust and add to deterioration inside and outside the chimney. We install replacement chase covers as well.
